Pricing and billing
₹2 per student per month for up to 500 students and ₹3 per student per month above that, with a ₹399 monthly minimum. Every module is included. See the pricing page for a calculator.
No. Setup, data migration, training, updates and all modules are included. The only optional costs are bulk SMS credits at telecom rates and Razorpay's standard gateway fee on online payments, which Razorpay charges, not us. GST applies to the subscription.
You pay the ₹399 monthly minimum. It covers hosting, backups and support, and nothing is held back: a fifty-student centre runs exactly the same software as a thousand-student school.
Active students enrolled in the current academic session on the billing date. Alumni, withdrawn students and enquiries are not counted.
Yes. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You can export your data before leaving, and we delete it on request as described in our privacy policy.
Setup and migration
None. We configure classes, batches, fee structures and staff accounts for you, import your existing student data and train your team, all as part of the subscription.
Most institutes are live within a week of sharing their student list and fee structure. Larger colleges with several departments typically take two to three weeks.
Yes. Bulk admission and enrolment from an Excel template is built in, and our team runs the first import with you so the data lands cleanly.
No. LigiLearn runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install or maintain on your side.
Features
Yes. The interface, notifications and reports are available in Hindi and English, and every user can switch between the two. Support is available in both languages.
Through the parent portal using Razorpay: UPI apps such as Google Pay and PhonePe, debit and credit cards, or net banking. Receipts are generated automatically and reminders go out before the due date.
Yes. Batch management, online tests with proctoring, question banks, video lectures, fee tracking and parent alerts make it a complete fit for coaching and tuition, not only schools and colleges.
Yes. Library issue and return with fines, transport routes and trips, hostel rooms and mess plans, payroll, inventory and accounting are all part of the same plan. Nothing is sold separately. See the full module list.
Yes. A group can run multiple schools or branches under one account with separate data for each and shared oversight for the management.
Security and data
On secure servers in India. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and backed up daily. Only your institute's authorised users can see it, and we never share student data with third parties.
You do. LigiLearn processes it on your behalf. You can export it at any time and request deletion when you leave. See our privacy policy and terms of service.
Passwords are hashed, accounts lock after repeated failed sign-ins, every role sees only what it is permitted to see, and an audit log records who changed what.
