How billing works
We count active students enrolled in the current academic session on the billing date. Alumni, withdrawn students and enquiries are never counted.
Monthly by default. Institutes that prefer a single annual invoice can pay yearly in advance at the same per-student rate.
You pay the ₹399 monthly minimum. It covers hosting, backups and support, and every feature stays unlocked. A fifty-student centre gets exactly the same software as a thousand-student school.
Only two optional items: bulk SMS credits at telecom cost if you choose SMS over WhatsApp and email, and Razorpay's standard payment gateway fee on online transactions, which is charged by Razorpay, not by us. GST applies to the subscription.
Yes, at any time. There is no lock-in. You can export your data before you leave, and we delete it on request in line with our privacy policy.
